Order & Delivery Support

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the โ€œMy Ordersโ€ section. Tracking info will also be shared via email/SMS.

Q: When will my groceries be delivered?
A: Standard delivery takes 24โ€“48 hours. Same-day delivery is available in select areas.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery?
A: Yes, you can choose a preferred time slot at checkout.


Payment & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: I was charged but didnโ€™t get confirmation.
A: If payment was deducted but you didnโ€™t receive confirmation, please contact support below with your transaction ID.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days for eligible issues such as damaged or missing items.


Product Issues

Q: My item was missing or damaged. What should I do?
A: Please report the issue via our support form or email within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product (if damaged).

Q: Can I return grocery items?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns on non-perishable goods and sealed items within 2 days.


Account & Login Help

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: Click on the โ€œForgot Passwordโ€ link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

Q: Can I update my address or contact info?
A: Yes, go to My Account > Edit Profile to update your details.
