4. When will I receive my order?

We usually deliver within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Same-day or next-day delivery options are available in select areas.


5. Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes. You can select a preferred delivery time slot during checkout, based on availability in your area.


6. What payment methods are accepted?

You can cancel or modify an order from the “My Orders” section before it is shipped. If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or wrong items. Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.


10. What if an item is missing or damaged?
